All orders include FREE insured shipping within the United States, and to military APO / FPO addresses.
Every order is shipped with full insurance, and with a signature required on delivery. Your valuable fine jewelry order will never be left unattended on a doorstep.
Shipment Time Frames
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Our fine jewelry collection includes in-stock and made-to-order items. Each product page in this store shows the exact "Delivery by" date for that specific item.
If you need delivery of an item by a certain date, please contact us before ordering, so that we can confirm that we can meet your deadline for delivery - including the time it takes for our jewelers to craft an item before our shipment to you.
Depending on the value of your order, your package will be sent via the United States Postal Service or Federal Express Ground Delivery Service for delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment from us.
Orders with multiple items shipping to the same address will be shipped together. If you order multiple items with varying availability dates, they will all ship together once the last item is ready.
If you would like to add customer-paid shipping to your order so that you can receive multiple shipments at different times, please call us to place your order.
Express Shipping Options
If you need delivery sooner, you can choose a FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight shipping option at checkout for an additional charge. Using our shipping calculator, you can evaluate the rates for Federal Express shipments in your cart prior to checkout. Orders are not shipped Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that if you are ordering a custom or made-to-order item, paying for express shipping does not speed up the time it takes for our jewelers to complete a custom order. Once your item is completed and ready to ship, it will be shipped using the method you selected during checkout.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
For your protection, and in accordance with our insurance company's requirements for secure shipment of fine jewelry, an adult signature is required for the receipt of ALL packages regardless of any signature waivers you may have on file with Federal Express or the United States postal service.
Our jewelry insurance also requires that we ship to street addresses only. We can not ship orders to a P.O. Box address. We gladly ship to APO / FPO and other military addresses.
All customers are urged to inspect their packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Shipping to an Address Other than the Customer's Billing Address
If you will not be home to accept delivery of your order, you can ship it to your place of employment or a more convenient location.
Please be sure that the billing and shipping addresses you provide match the information on file with your credit card company when you place your order, to avoid any order procesing delays.
As a precaution to protect our customers from fraud, when you order $750 or more of merchandise to be shipped to a different address than your billing address, we may need to verify that your credit card company has this alternate shipping address on file.
Change of Address After Your Order Has Shipped
We are unable to change a delivery adddress or redirect any package which has shipped via a US Postal Service shipping option.
Some FedEx packages can be redirected after shipment. Please note that FedEx charges us a non-refundable $20 fee for package redirection or address changes, which we would need to collect from you before redirection of your in-transit package to a different delivery address.
Undelivered and Refused Shipments
If you would like to place an order with us but have specific dates or times when you will be available to sign for a package at your delivery address, please feel free to contact us by telephone when placing your order so that we can assist you in planning a delivery time frame for your order which is convenient for you.
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, or if there is no adult at your delivery address to sign for a package on delivery and your package is returned to us, any paid shipping charges associated with your order will not be refundable.
For US Postal Mail and Priority Mail shipments, if you are not able to sign for your delivery in person, the US Postal Service will leave a delivery notice for your insured package with signature requirement. With your delivery notice, and you can arrange for redelivery to your address, or pick up your package at your local post office.
For FedEx shipments, in-person delivery will be attempted three times at the delivery address provided with your order before FedEx returns the package to us, at their own speed, and at an additional return shipment cost.
If you miss the three Federal Express delivery attempts to your delivery address, fail to pick up the package from FedEx, and your undelivered order is then returned to us, we will deduct $20 from your refund to cover the cost of the Federal Express return shipment to us.
